So after I almost had to pin my fiancé to the ground and shake him while screaming at him to never EVER lay eyes on my blog again and he promised ...

I'm back.....

Just had to make sure he was over his - "I have to read her blog to know what she's thinking" phase.

I am under a LOT of stress at the moment, wedding plans, getting my degree in Psychology and the car incident....

The car incident is probably the worst....Soon to be hubby is working in Gabon in the west of deepest darkest Africa and I needed textbooks for my studies, not knowing the clutch from the brake I asked my mom to take me to the bookstore with my fiancé's car.

And that's where the shit hit the fan.      On our way there the car died... my dad towed us in and we took the car to the mechanic to be fixed... a bill of R2000 later I couldn't take the silence anymore and I told him...
He wasn't mad at all.
I was crying over the phone telling him about his precious car and all he said was: "Is that all? I thought you burnt my house down?"

but now,... my parents (feeling responsible) have already told the mechanic to continue fixing the car even though they don't have a cent in their bank account.
They have to pay a deposit on a new flat they have to rent which is already more than they can afford and I cant help either because our money only comes in when my fiancé is back in the country.

My parents are dear people and they suffer alot already, why do these things always happen to them just as they are about to finally make ends meet?
Whenever they have anything extra and someone needs their help they will literally give away their last crumbs and go to bed hungry.
Why can't the world do the same for them?
Why does God punish them so?

I know I have my own household to run now but still I lie awake at night wondering if they have enough.
