Ansal API announced their foray into the affordable housing market with their Value Housing Plan. This plan loads at targeting the lower middle and middle-in-come group, including first time homebuyers.

            The affordable housing plan will initially cover Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and subsequently Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana and other states. Ansal API is looking at building approximately 10,000 homes by the end of 2009. This housing project being developed would be available from as low as 2.5 lakh up to 9 lakh.
