It is so sad to see so many losing their homes to foreclosure. It Is even sadder when you read about the greed that caused this in the first place.

I was very happy to read about the couple that was arrested for scamming people out of their hard earned money.

They would check the list of foreclosed homes in the area, and then somehow they were able to have a key made to the house and they would rent the home out. Sometimes for $4,000 dollars. The people would move in and in some cases was only in the house for 5 days before someone would come and evict them because the house was in foreclosure when they rented it and they didn't know it. I have read of this same thing happening to several people and it is just despicable.

They had pulled this same scam on 4 families that they know of.
