In a world where you really can’t trust anyone, it is never a good thing to leave a mobile in a public place, for several reasons, such as the obvious -  it could get stolen or even worse there could be embarrassing photos saved on it. The latter unfortunately happened to a couple recently, when they left their phone at McDonalds.

The husband is now using a claims solicitor to sue the franchise after nude photos of his wife saved on this mobile phone ended up on the internet (er, do you want a milkshake with that?!)

Apparently, he was assured that the phone would stay secure until he could return to pick it up, but obviously it wasn’t. Needless to say, they couple are suing for $3 million in damages.

I wonder what he filled out in the customer satisfaction leaflet!!
