The Planning Commission is likely to unveil new incentivized schemes for the real estate sector so that it can provide housing at affordable prices. Planning Commission housing & urban development adviser Harish Chandra said on Wednesday that the Cabinet secretary has convened a meeting of all states to seek solutions to revive stressed sectors including real estate.
