Here's a clue they became reasonable again. Yes they are worth what they actually should be instead of some bullshit inflated price . People are crying and complaining but they are complaining about something they never really had. B/c what the real value of these homes in a deflated market is what your house was really worth from jump(to begin with).
If a house was worth $150-200,000 dollars in 1998 then how could it and would it jump to $500,000 dollars in 10years? Think people(That was too much of an increase too fast). But all most saw was dollar signs$$$$$. Well btwn that and wallstreet that's why our economy tanked. Well I will enjoy shopping in this post greed market. B/c I will actually get my monies worth and the American Dream MIGHT actually be within my grasp with reasonable prices in play.
