Caller: He has been waiting for so long for you to answer the phone, he just died waiting.
Me: What?!!!... (dial tone)
hehehehe Just one of the calls I received today, it made me laugh. I know I shouldn't cos I know that caller on the other end might have been upset already but when you work on a callcenter and receive all sort of calls all day, one kinda gets used to weird replies. Like a doctor who doesn't feel any compassion or empathy with a patient in pain ( i guess).
I guess when you do something, the same thing over and over again, you get numb already and nothign affects you the way it should be anymore.
I think. Kinda sad sometime.
