Have you ever deleted a file you didn't want to. Well if you are like most people then you have. This article will explain how to recover those files with ease.
Step1Stop What You're Doing - When you delete a file the operating system that you are using doesn’t delete it off of your hard drive but marks the file as free space. The file is still there but if you keep
using your computer your operating system might use that space and write over your file. The more you use your computer the better chance you have of not being able to recover that file.
Step2Find the Right File Recovery Program
Step3Scan Your System and Find Your File - All file recovery programs work about the same. First you will need to locate the directory that you want to scan and then point the program there. Once the
software has finished scanning your system then you can locate your missing file.

You may notice that large companies don’t seem to have the same problems with spam that you and I seem to have however this is in fact due to some very large and expensive measures the company has taken to
reduce how much spam actually makes it through to its employees mailboxes. Unfortunately we do not have the kind of resources that a major corporation has to throw at the problem however there are steps we
can take to minimise the impact.
Don’t give out your email to just anyone – There is a saying that once something get’s on the internet that it can never be removed and that applies to email addresses too. If you are going to give out your
email address online make sure that the company you are giving it too has strict security guidelines because once it is out there you can’t get it back.
Remove yourself from a company’s mailing list – now unfortunately for your less reputable companies this may not work however if you are constantly receiving unwanted emails from a larger and/or more
reputable company they will usually have a link at the bottom of the email that allows you to take yourself off their emailing list.
3rd party software – Outlook and other common email clients actually have spam filters built in that can be configured to allow or deny incoming emails from certain sources however this may not always be
enough. In some cases you may have to go to 3rd party software to block that annoying spam. Most of the big antivirus companies will have anti-spam products available however with a little searching you may
also be able to find one or 2 free ones on the net that may do the trick.
