The page you were looking for no longer exists

I cant believe it,after exhausted efforts of looking all over the place for a site that is user friendly,I found this one.
I mentioned in a post a while back that there was a particular night were i was part of band reunion - most of the tracks were recorded and given to me on a cd,and i had been wanting to share some of them with all the members of SC who were interested in listening.

Here is a link to one of the tracks - it is saved as an mp3 file - all you have to do is click play on the window;

    cj, thanks so much for posting this :)

    Very mellow, cool track. Love your playing style - the solo is beautiful to listen to.

    I loaded it up in the browser and ran it with no probs (an ad interrupted the first time, but I reloaded and that did the trick) and I downloaded it after, all worked fine.

    Thanks again,
    Dru xx

    I have my computer here today so I can actually listen to this tonight. The office computer, which I always use, has no speakers. I'll tell you later...

    Hey, it took a bit of time to get it but I heard it. It was worth the effort. It's a beautiful tune and the singing and guitar playing are very good. But I couldn't help thinking I had heard the song before. I racked my brains and a realized it sounds a bit like Catch the Rainbow by Rainbow. I can't find a the studio version on YouTube but here's a live version. Tell me if it doesn't sound similar to you.

    Hi MIssDruscilla - thanks,I am glad that you enjoyed it.It has been an all time personal favourite of mine.

    Hi Hotaka - thank you for taking the time to do the research that you have done.I enjoy the music of rainbow immensely too,I really like the old school rock bands of the 70's.However - the song that is called No 6( and i  think you are gonna kick yourself here - is actually a song called 'Little Wing' originally written and performed by....Jimi Hendrix - back in 1968 - however,since then it has been covered by a lot of bands - Eric Clapton,Eric Clapton with Sheryl Crow,Skid Row,Pearl Jam,The Corrs...the list goes on,and all the versions are pretty good too - we just decided to modify the intro a little bit and do it on a keyboard and not a guitar - but my all time favourite cover of this song was done by,the legend that is Stevie Ray Vaughn...

    and last,but by no means least  - the original Jimi Hendrix version

    I know Little Wing. I have heard the JH version, the Stevie Ray Vaughn version and the Sting version. They are all great. I don't know why I couldn't get that. Maybe the Rainbow song is a variation of Little Wing.

    Sorry gotta run now. Be back later.
