The financial crisis is bad news all round, so therefore, I feel the government should start helping conveyancers by boosting the availability of mortgages.
It can’t be missed that the knock on effect caused by insecure banks it hurting the conveyancing sector. With banks offloading its mortgages in an attempt to strengthen its balance sheets, the government needs to open a door, so it doesn’t shut on the housing market.
