As you know I have previously written about my friend moving and how difficult she has been finding it, not particularly because of the credit crunch, but because of the housing people, but then she found a conveyancing solicitor which has been a god send.

Buying a house is like getting a car MoT because stereotypically most girls do not know when they are being conned. Luckily, the solicitor helped her with the contracts and took care of all the messy bits such as the protocols for buying.

So, soon she will be able to move in – home sweet home.
