I joined paid for surveys almost a month now. I surf the net. Look for free paid surveys. End up with few choices. Clicked the link. Read the testimonials and FAQ. Sound so sweet and promising that I decided to click the 'JOIN' button. Received the confirmation e-mail. Logged-in and start answering the 'About Yourself' Questions. They stated that the surveys will be sent to my e-mail. I waited day by day. Wek by week. I only received One, Uno, Ichi, Une. Yupp ONE. And after that I only receivede mail form Mr Lotto. And Mr Blackjack. You are right. The one with the "You Are The Winner" or " Message for XXX" . You feel honoured with the e-mail subject. You feel so important. You clicked it, and it is form Mr Lotto or Mr Casino. It is a never ending story.

As there is not much from the survey thing I tried paid for blog thing. My first blog is at blogspot. I don't know what had happen. I could not update my page at blogger anymore. Luckily I found Soulcast on the same day. Why did I blog? I read about adsense. And to start earning money, I need a website or a blog. I was skeptical and paranoid to start a blog. I get used with website and suddenly I need to shift to blog. Anyway I made it. In blogspot, I can put 3 types of add. I have to paste the adsense codes. But I found soulcast is easier. You just give the adsense number and done. Again, it is not a rich-quick-scheme. Don't dream you get the money overnight.

I joined the free paid e-mail. I had 3 altogether. Don't ask me why I was so stupid to signed up 3. Now my mail box is full with the paid e-mails. At least 5 mails from each per day.

Reason #1 - It says you can earn $800 automatically(Received but cannot redeem it)
Reason #2 - I click to another link for paid-email that say no minimum pay out ( Ha ha..I'm a fool. Still have to wait)
Reason #3 - They asked me to fill up my e-mail before proceed to the next page.

Anyway, I believe in slow and study income. Even if you have steady job you'll be paid every month end didn't you. Among all I prefer blogging. Earning at your own sweet time and comfort. As for the paid e-mails and surveys. Lots of things to be done. Unless you're patience enough to click all those links in your mails. Or you're looking cash for your ample time. Other than those two, just forget it.

When you blog. You're not tight up. You are free as a bird. You may do it as many as you want. If you have bad days, you can opt to rest for the whole day. But with all the paid surveys and e-mails, do not dream of skipping even a day. Your mail-box will flooded with them. Unbelievable. Believe It!!

So bloggers. Keep up your good job here. And those AdSense hunter, you'll find it someday. When you have found the right tune. The cash definitely yours.

Thank you ayinkurie for sharing your experience. It's so wonderful idea to share bad experiences and good ones. I believe in it myself that we, as victims of such schemes must unite and SHARE our experience. I've had such dreams, too (to get rich fast) but the same result as yours.
Now please tell me what is the best way(s) to establish a multi-stream income in a healthy way to avoid frauds? It is a good idea to develop an article on the subject? Thank you so much.

Hello there. I just happen to have a large list of Web Surveys that actually pay www.geocities.com/Crystavia.
    You can also try http://www.surveypolice.com/ratings.php
They revies all the Survey sited and focus groups and give it rating and feed back from people that have joined.. This is a free service... That have hundreds of Survey listings.

I am part of 64 survey sites out of over 700 I found. Alot are scams and have you take a survey only to find out to get your prize you have to complete sponser offers which is Bull&@%2. Others I didn't qualify for becasue I simply live in the US. Don't give up be patient and check these sites out for yourself.

Thanks for sharing that! I am trying to figure out how to use my writing and artistic skills to make a living as a freelancer, but unfortunately I have no business mind whatsoever. I've been curious about those money-for-surveys schemes and such, but haven't tried them because they seem shady to me. So I just started this blogging/AdSense thing to see how it works...

But... if you (or anyone else reading this!) can explain step-by-step, to a business-idiot like me, how to generate passive income from one's creative pursuits, then PLEASE DO SO!!! I think you will have a willing audience there... :)

StrangeOne look at my webblog here I give a list of sites that pay you to write. Read over them all and see if they interest you.
Also about the Surveys...go to www.geocities.com/princess_darkfairy thats my website I only list Surveys that actually are legit and Im also a survey member...The ones I have gotten paid from alrdy are...Greenfield, SurveySavvy, Market Surveys...Like I said on my blog here you get surveys depending on if you fit what they are looking for in a particular survey.
http://www.surveypolice.com/ratings.php is a list of alot of surveys with feed back from ppl that have joined..If most Surveys sites don't have the Survey Police Seal on the bottom of their home page they are not worth it..But some are...Hope this Helps. Feel free to email me if you have more questions...princess_darkfairy@yahoo.com

Crystavia and ayinkurie, thank you so much! I have bookmarked your links and will read them more carefully when I am more awake :)

Crystavia, I am wondering this... if the answer's already on your webblog, then no need for a reply since I will see it :) ...anyway, I see a lot of websites selling these methods of income swearing you could make tons of cash and never have to work again etc. And then I see posts by regular people saying it's all scams and the most you could make is just a bit of side money, nothing to live on. What is your experience? Do you do these kinds of things full-time, and is it income you can live on?

Also, if I sign up for all those survey things, will I be deluged by vast tonnages of junk mail and spam?

No lie I got my first Check Yesterday for $5.00 from Pinecone Research, Then i got 2 $2.00 Deposits into my PayPal from 2 other survey places. I was sceptical also and I still am, all the research I have done I'm finding you can't quit a regular job and make a living doing surveys, but...here is how it works and you do have the potential to make a few hundred dollars a month. When you first start out you get a few surveys that pay little like 2-5 dollars but the longer you are a member and you fill out every survey they give you even if they don't give cash and its like sweepstake entries the more surveys they will send you nad then they will start to be worth 10, 25, 100 dollars. Also they will start to invite you to thier focus groups which will pay you 124-250 per hour. The focus groups are taking on line and basically live. They give you the link and time you need to log in to participate. You basically go into a chat room with 7 to 10 other ppl and they ask everyone in the group questions. Also take into note the more your Demographics match what they are looking for the more invites you gets. So it depends and what type of ppl they are looking for its a 50/50 chance. Im 33/F/Married/2 Kids and I get about 15 to 20 surveys a day and out of those I qualify for more than half. Another thing 1 of thier first questions is Have you taken any surveys in the past month or something to those likes...the Answer is ALWAYS NO. Good luck shoot me an email or contact me on Yahoo messenger if ya like to know which groups are sending me the most surveys. 1 more thing don't do the Surveys that want you to complete an offer to get paid. Don't ever spend money. Crys

hi! i am more interesting in the paid surveys but i did filled up some for subscriptions one of that you have to make a 1000 point to get your 50 dollars, and one more thing i live in Philippines and i dont know if they will send it to me and aside from that they are giving 1 survey per month , my God, is that what you are all bragging for or maybe im asian thats why i mostly not qualified for the surveys.well, thats the fact.I could say Filipinos are known also for hardworkers from USA to Europe.but well we(asians) have to accept the fact that discrimination is the most common reason why.Anyway whoever would like me to help to find what website is the best for Asian people or shall we say at least we can participate for the paid surveys and etc..please let me know thanks.
