What would I do without this word? A large part of life is expressing oneself and I know of no other word with the expressive capabilities of shit. There is hardly a sentence uttered that you cannot use, if you wish, the word shit. It applies to everything you do, everything you have, or would like to do.
All you have is shit. "This is all my shit'. If you don't have anything, 'I don't have shit'. Or if you are wanting something, 'I wish I had that shit'. 'Lets go get some shit', or 'lets get rid of that shit'.
If someone does something to you its 'what is this shit?'
If you're failing in life you need to 'get your shit together'. If your successful, 'I got all the shit I need'. If you're materialistic, 'I love to buy shit'.
If you liked something, 'that was great shit'. If you don't like it, 'what the shit was that?' A good meal is 'that was some good shit'.
Then there's 'shittin'. Its a neat word because it rhymes with 'smitten'. Who doesn't like to be smitten? If you don't believe someone its 'are you shittin' me?'. Lose something? - 'where's my shittin' pencil?' If you're being lied to, 'he's shittin' you'.
Let us not forget 'shitty'. Very descriptive in this form and fortunately rhymes with pity. 'You look shitty'. 'That was rather shitty of you'. It always describes something you don't like. 'Now that was a shitty movie'. 'I feel shitty'.
I like all of my shit. 'What the shit should I wear? - I'll wear this shit'. I have my 'tools n shit' out in my 'shittin' workshop'.
Sometimes life is shit. I might get tired as shit or my body might hurt like shit. Shit might not go my way, I might get hit by a lot of shit.
But any way you cut it, I can always tell you about the shit that happens to me. I can open up my soul and shit and relay the funny shit that comes my way.
Everybody understands shit. Everybody has their own shit and everybody wants more shit.
If shit gets you down, take a shit. If that don't work, there's plenty of people who give a shit.
If nothing else, I just like to think about shit.
