Scenario:
N.Ed calls and asks if he can borrow the keys to the building. I have a set and he has one, but he says that his set is with another guy, who's not responding to his calls. So I tell him sure he can borrow my keys. N.Ed tells me he'll pick it up. After a while, he doesn't come. Then he doesn't come. And he doesn't come. I checked my cell and no missed calls. So I figured that he probably got a hold of the guy and got his set of keys. Therefore, he doesn't need to borrow mine.

A minor thing like keys? No. A major thing called courtesy!

I was at home, and after some time, I was left wondering when in the world he's going to come by and pick up the stupid keys. I had places I needed to go to. When he wasn't showing up, I had to entrust the keys to my 8 yrs old brother so I can run my errands. When I got back home, that prick still hadn't shown up.

WTH!!!

He doesn't even call to tell me that he's not going to pick up the keys anymore? No messages. No text. NOTHING!

And the zinger is, this prick is supposed to be the youth pastor and 25 yrs old! You would think that he knows how to be courteous and respectful, but he doesn't! I'm the one helping him out in the first place. He could have taken less than 30 seconds to call me and tell me that he doesn't need to borrow the keys from me anymore. 30 seconds out of his life! So then I wouldn't have had to waste time waiting for him to come and putting my errands on hold.

Geez!

From the movie, Blast From the Past, the definition of a gentleman and a lady (according to Adam) is a person who makes sure that the people around him or her is comfortable.

Then I conclude that N.Ed is NOT a gentleman!

I was just reading a blog by a slave/sub and I wonder if they are being treated right. of course then I think well, they're a slave. But don't subs and slaves get to have rules that apply to them. i know so little about that world and yet I find myself...
