I discovered the beautiful site of Friendster only last March 2006. It had been advertised many times and talked about in our local talk shows, but I never got to open an account with them. While everyone here in our country was probably raging about the site, I didn’t get to open an account until that week when I didn’t work.
That site is wonderful because I have been found by my long lost friends…
A batchmate from college who now resides in Idaho…
The daughter of a famous doctor in our city…
Someone I met in another city when I was in high school…
Another lady that I met only in a high school conference…
These are just about some of the people who found me and we have established connection since! This Friendster thing has done a lot of good things on my friendship network!
But I think that the most important thing is that, through Friendster, I am here on Soulcast. It was an ad at Friendster that led me to this site. And I’m happy, at least my blogs here get read. My friendship network is secure at Friendster. But for my blogs, it’s Soulcast!:-) :-)
