100 Things, 1-10

When starting a new blog I find the first post a bit intimidating so I will start with 100 things about me, broken down into various posts. 

  • I am married.
  • I have two sons, both graduating this year.  No they are not twins.
  • I love animals.
  • My childhood dream was to be a farmer.  I am a farmer.
  • I work as a rural mail carrier as a sub.  It is a hard job.
  • I worked as a nurses aide in a nursing home.  Hated it.
  • I worked as a dog groomer. 
  • I decided to be confirmed in the Catholic church in '07.  I don't know why.
  • My resolution this year is to read the Bible.    
  • I have a girl crush on Sarah Palin.  She intriques me.

    I love these kind of posts, but never have time and peace to comment...and actually I was on my way to bed - I can´t resist though!


    • I collected stationaries as a little girl, and one of my fondest memory were their smell as I went through them
    • One of my (many!) secret desire is to own a papeterie
    • I cherish my three daughters more than my life
    • I am a sucker for romantic novels
    • I want to meet Nora Roberts in real life
    • I shook the hand of the former first lady of our country as I was in fifth grade
    • I speak 3 languages, and plan to learn more
    • I know deep in my heart that I would be a published writer before I go 6 feet under
    • I have self-published a poetry book last year in May

    Hi!  Thanks for playing along.  I love paper too.  It is like an addiction.

    beyond theevil, oh yah, trucks are cool.  I need another one, kids put mine into a tree.  Alcohol makes me either very tired or cranky.  Sometimes after being outdoors in this cold I need a beer or glass of wine to get the blood flowing again.  It is my "antifreeze", LOL.
