It is winter season and the cold chills, rain and wind have started, which only means one thing: Cold Season. It is meant to happen we are all human and we get sick from this really annoying sickness. It really does make it hard on our lives for the first couple of days we get really tired and all we want to do is to lay down.
Your body is very smart if you really are feeling that tired than you must lay down and sleep as much you can. Your body needs to recuperate and build it's immune system back up. Thing that you can do to help it. Many drink plenty of fluids water only if you can drink it, at least 12-14 glasses it is vital to help your body rehydrate and flush all those toxins. Second only eat what your body desires, usually it will be something warm and cozy. Cuddle up on the couch and sip on a nice big bowl of a hearty chicken soup, it really help you to get on your feet faster and last is the first rest, is a must, rest, rest, if you don't a three day cold could turn into a week or two week cold, and not fully recuperate.
