As some of you may or may not know,I have been suffering ( for want of a better word ) with my right leg for a while now.
When I stand and dont move,it seems to be ok,but when i walk,old edward scissor hands does a number on my back,and sitting down in one position for longer than 1o minutes is impossible.
Its almost as if someone has out a straw down the inside of the back of my leg and when i sit down,they decide to pour boiling hot water down the straw.It is VERY uncomfortable.Add to that the fact that the muscles in the from of my leg feel like exploding and burn continuously.
I called the hospital on Tuesday and they want me to come in on Monday next week as something doesnt sound right( you think ? ) so,I am a little nervous at this point - but not scared.More curious I guess,as i have done nothing to aggrivate it at all.Unless living a normal life is something i am not supposed to be doing.
But come Monday,I will find out I guess.
Better the devil you know than the one you dont right?

CJ, you deal with a lot of health issues daily that would cause others to fold up their tent and disappear. As someone who understands disabilities and health problems all too well, I sympathize with you about a million percent. It gets to be a game to me to try to guess what new pain or weirdness will show up on any given day. And people will ask, well, why do you think it hurts. How the hell would I know? There is no rhyme or reason. Just acceptance, and perseverance.Good luck to you. I hope the docs can figure it out for you. -

One thing I know about you love is that when you say "ouch!" it is often beyond what many could take. I so hope they figure it out and do something about it pretty darn quick too. I hate to see anyone suffer but watching you suffer is even harder.

Well I can relate to Edward doing his cutting thing.. my backs been playing up something awful this last month or so.. my left hip is three inches higher than my right.... its a nerve thing too can't bend in certain ways or I cry..... normal?? what the hell is normal CJ... I hope they can do something then again that may be having your op sooner so let us know.... -

oh cj! dammit! although i don't know the extent of everything it does sound like you have had your fill of physical pain. i DON'T know anyone who can deal with pain like that and still have the gentle, kind, funny spirit that you do :( just makes me sad that you have had to overcome soooo much. -
