I have started the day with all the energy I could have. I was up early and was finishing a lot of tasks every hour. I'm very productive today. I got to buy the ingredients that I need to make my own bouillon stock and had it simmering in the kitchen in less than 30 minutes.
It was such a beauty. As I scoop the scum on the sides, the simmering liquid is pale golden with a tinge of green. It was such a sight. I wonder why I have waited this long before I did it.
It's promising aroma brought delight to my senses. I can hardly wait to incorporate it to my burger recipe and see how much it will improve the beefy aroma. filipinos are die hard for food aroma. We have a habit of smelling foods first before eating.
I had one burger patty with a few drops of my own bouillon stock fried in vegetable oil for testing. I compared it to my usual patty. The results are amazing. The aroma is really to die for. 5 hours of non stop simmering to get the savory flavor is well worth it.
All I have to do is to remove the cover of the pot and i will be filled with the aromatic beauty of it. I'm so delighted with my experimental recipe. :)
I was trying to take pictures but the camera doesn't have battery. will charge it first. The ingredients are all now part of the stock. I can hardly distinguished any of it.hay, I'm soo excited about this. This will keep for a few months. It will blow my customer's mind off. The winning aroma will surely make my sales double this year. yehey!
