Web proxies are a commonly known and used proxy resource. Their very name webproxy falsely leads people into believing that a webproxy can be used as a Craigslist proxy. However, this simply doesn't work. The main problem with webproxies is their lack of anonymity. If you want to be able to post advertisements on Craigslist with as little trouble as possible then this is something you need to pay attention to. Web proxies reveal their true nature to anyone that inspects the IP. Since they do not attempt to hide or conceal the fact that they are web proxies, it is very easy for websites such as Craigslist to detect web proxies and ban any ads coming from them. Webproxies are easy to setup and usually free making people believe that they are a good and plentiful solution to post ads with on Craigslist. This obviously doesn't work and they quickly become frustrated. Even though free is good, webproxies and other free proxies simply do not work with Craigslist and the only real solution is to spend a few dollars on setting up and creating your own Craigslist proxy.
