MIL recently aquire the OTO TRIMAX and the whole family started vibrating the tummies. THing is, how effective is this? there hasn't been any scientific proof that by vibrating the tummy, it'll losen the fats and also, even if the fats DOES get loosen, how does it get out of the body?
THere are so many such products out there and yet, none has readily proven its effect. Anyways, I guess I'll just have to see if tummies have gone from fat to flat a month later... heh.

Honestly this shocks the muscle and makes it move that way, so the muscle does get some exercise. I have bought this "belt" and wasn't impressed by the results since it only concentrates on one area of the body at a time. For me if you're going to take the time to put this on you might as well just do some sit ups and push ups for 15-20 mins a day (with a good diet of course) there shouldn't be a problem. I know some people do have trouble loosing weight, I just lost 50lbs myself and I feel great about it! So my solution to this is just old fashioned execise, I never really stopped myself from eating anything I wanted, REAL exercise is the key!

WOW. Good for you! I am combining both, sit ups and vibrating. I just wanna see how well are the effects. Anyways, my dad stopped using it now. He said it feels like its going to vibrate his intestines out of its place and gets it entangled! DUHHHH..
