I've decided that in order to give my resolutions a little more importance, I would write a 365 letter poem about the two of them. Each day I succeed in keeping my resolutions, I draw a link of a chain on a calendar, then place the next letter of my poem within the link. If I manage to keep my resolutions, I should have a very messy calendar with a hidden message within it.

My two resolutions are to have three meals a day, and to stop picking at my skin and scratching myself. Its a nervous habit, I've been doing it for years, and It needs to stop.

Iv'e managed to keep at least one of the resolutions on the first day of this year. The first letter?

Began It Now My Path Ahead Displays How Long I Last
In This A Chain Is Linked By Day Determining My Valor
Unless I'm Starved Or Sapped Of Blood Revealed By My Pallor
For Once And All The Time Shall End When Lethargy Was Lord
With Finger Nail And Gastric Juice Ones Flesh With Use Was Bored
An After Thought These Ails Can Be Exiled By Tenacity
For Now So Near I Can Not Fail Led Forward By My Destiny
