So what can we do to quit spending so much on gas? To understand how to improve mileage per gallon (MPG)...Buying a new car can help, but a lot of us (like me) can't afford to purchase a new car.. So I found these saving tip. I like to share with you...
Drive your car wisely and maintain it properly. The way you drive and
take care of your car can make a big difference in your gas mileage.
Combine errands into one trip. Consolidate trips to destinations that
are near one another. Once you arrive, park and walk between destiny
destinations. Save errands for one afternoon and plan your trip so you
don't retrace your route. You not only save gas this way, but reduce
wear on your car. Walk, bike, take a bus, or carpool when possible. Use
your car only when necessary. Public transportation authorities often
have car pooling information as well as transit services. If you own
more than one vehicle, drive the one that gets the best gas mileage
whenever possible.
Ok so I was wrong oil prices are falling for now. But they will still go up .We need to continue to converve on our oil and show that we can do it with less. Well I guess the thing about oil prices reaching Over a $100 did come true. But is going down because of the state of the economy. But in the last few days noticed they are heading back up... So I don't think we are out of the woods yet. And there is another point we need to look at the Enviroment, you know the "GO GREEN". Yes saving gas does make an impack. So take this to heart.
