Builders are bringing a new housing flat scheme in Noida. Noida Authority has given its approval on Wednesday (24-12-2008) for allotment of seven plots under group housing scheme. One bid for these plots was not found upto the parameters of Noida Authority and the same has been rejected. Noida Authority will get a total amount of Rs. 206 cr in lieu of all the seven plots measuring 70,140 square meters in all. The highest rate for the land allotted in this scheme is Rs. 29,800/- per square meter. While furnishing the detailed information about financial bids to NBT, Authority's O.S.D- Yashpal Singh told that technical bids were called for 12 plots on 12 th Dec. 2008
