My favorite donut is a crueller.
I announced this at dinner tonight and my dad asked if I'd posted it somewhere, so now I have.

My favorite donuts are jelly.
Of course I thought it would be an easy answer, but now i can't decide if i like granulated sugar outside or the powder best. And as I'm sitting here debating, I am remembering this Krispy Kreme version I had which was glazed on the outside and jelly inside...
I just like jelly donuts!

a cruller is a "stick" of donut batter, rather than being a round with a hole cut into as a traditional donut is. a cruller is generally filled with something as well.

Oh shush! I don't know where you've been buying your crullers, but at Krispy Kreme they're round, and glazed and there's nothing inside of them.

I love CHOCOLATE donuts!! (Wish I had one now for breakfast but there are NO donut shops in this part of the city...)
