Is there anyone here who's an "internet gaming addict"? I have a research about internet gaming addiction and I would like to question randomly sampled net gaming addicts about the time they spend in front of an addicting on-line game and about their academic or work performance. I've spent ridiculous amounts of hours on the Sims and Curse of Monkey Island. I'm in Communication Studies, multimedia profile. Maybe that's the reason why, we're all geeks in this program, well at least most of us are. however, i spend more time on console video games than PC games. does that count? or do you need internet gaming absolutely?

id say maybe about 10-15 hours a week. considering im a full time university student and that i have a part time job...i dont play sims or curse anymore..but i could spend at least 4 hours a day on these games. i just recently signed up for an online game..so i can keep you posted on that if you want..
