1:13am here, 12 - 21 - 08. I'm not sure if this is because of the work you've done/are doing on the server, but each time I post a comment it tells me that there was an error processing my request, gives me an image with a link below to go to the homepage and then auto redirects to the homepage if I don't. Yet, when I go back to check that post again, my comment is there. Kind of a pain in the butt if I have to go through that after each comment. Is that fixable perhaps? Thanks for looking in on us and doing some of this work, much appreciated. -

i temporarily fixed it by turning off comment editing. I'll fix comment editing as soon as I have more time, probably tomorrow. -

I briefly ran into most of the above errors and comment editing is why I came here for but see that you know about it already.
The only other thing (for future reference) is my comment on spammers on the other post you (Soulcast) put up earlier.

I am finding that I can't open my private messages, it just keeps saying there is an error with the page and I am to click back to the Home page. I tried to create a message to let my friend know I can't open his message but again it said page error.

Hey there! Some tags when clicked direct to a page that says in red lettering, this page no longer exists....however, the pages are there as I can eventually find them it just takes me a bit. Will the tags be fixed so all tags will link to the posts related to the tag attached? Make sense? :-) For instance, I click on a tag about relationships or something like that and all the posts tagged this way should come up. Have some tags been disabled? Thanks! -

Actually-----I am liking being able to comment, change what I said, have time to think......and when I finally hit submit, it's all there. It was the "half the comments eaten" and having to hurry that was always a bear. The "edit comment" is not here right now, but if you have time to get it right the first time, then that's ok....Ha....

@wombatyou aren't being a nuisance at all, you're helping a great deal. There's a saying in computer science that says "it takes more time to find bugs than to fix them" and this is largely true. Once I can duplicate a bug I can usually fix it very quickly.@everyoneI'm back to work tomorrow so I'll be working on this in the evenings throughout the week. -

I hate to bother you, as I know you're terribly busy and prepping for the work week, or sleeping for the work week probably ... but I have come across another issue. When I create a post and then try to go back to edit it, it does a couple of things. One being that it cuts off halfway through. The other being that whether it cuts it off or not, it won't let me delete or change any of the text. I can add new text, but I can't, say, delete words or sentences or anything. It's like that when I try to edit for both Draft mode AND Public mode. Thank you and sorry to bother you again! -

Hegemone, that problem you described is a long standing issue, and I've found it only happens if you write a really long blog. Shorter blogs don't get cut off in edit mode. But what I've done is just copy the text that's posted before I hit edit, and then you can paste it in it's entirety back into the edit box, so you don't lose stuff. And I also found that you can't just straight off change any text in the edit box, until you type something new. Then you should be able to delete and change what you've already written. So I usually just type a random letter first, then delete it and it usually opens up the post for further changes.
Don't ask me why any of that happens, but I figured I'd offer you a workable solution in case SC doesn't have time to look into that for awhile.

Dear Soulcast. I have just posted a post and all rubbish typing is showing up before one of the lines I typed and after it too. I tried to do edit but no Save button appears on the page and I have no scroll bars either. There is nothing I can do to edit this last post of mine. I can do everything on my old posts, iot is just this last one! It happens to be about my sister who is dying so you can count on it that I was more than a little pissed off!! Please do something. -

Here it seems to be working fine but on my conversations tab the order of comments on blogs is messed up. This blog is still down the list when it should be on the top because I just commented. The time sequence on here is ok but on other blogs it's not.
