The acknowledgemnet and celebration of those pissy bitchy angry unreasonable people who insist on aiming thier acid at YOU, the stranger behind the counter just trying to help them. Only if you work for someone else. If you own the retail store you get the joys of throwing pissy, unreasonable people out of the store. Its funa nd entertaining. They get this cute indignant look and a stunned look like "did he just, but I'm the customer".
Its so quaint.
