Questions for the ages, Beyond.  Generations to come will be pondering these mysteries.  Ok, maybe not the Tarzan one, but the others for sure.
As for the vacuum/string one, I just pick the string up and shove it into the vacuum.

BeyBey........more importantly.........why i can't skip reading any of your posts, even when they are silly like this one?.......lol.....

Having my second cup of coffee, my friend, and its warm and windy in this side of Texas.....how about yours?

twyla- I agree, the Tarzan one isn't too important. I used to try to make the vacuum get the string until I wised up and now carry it with me 'till I find a trash can.

ginsoul- I get silly when I'm bored. And yes, its windy, supposed to reach 45 mph today. I noticed on another post you were going shopping and to dinner with friends. Well, ok, leave me here and carry on with your life...(looks wistfully at the ceiling).

You know it never matters with these if you have seen them before cos they crack me up each time I read them.

The one that really made me laugh and cringe all at the same time?. . ."Why do people keep running over a string with a vacuum a dozen times, then reach down, pick it up, examine it, then put it back down to give the vacuum one more chance? "  OMG - I do that so many times ha ha!
  • beyondtheveil said on Dec 14, 2008....
pusscat- The one I like best is about the stars and wet paint. I've noticed things like this throughout life and its so true.

ha ha ha...oh the 1st line about the batteries is just great and so true, and at times you rub em or swap em ova in the hope it will do the trick, classic love em all...x

BeyBey.......i am back...did you miss me?.......:-)

Oh and the temperature has dropped from 70 degree (no kidding, i was short sleeve and sandals this morning and a/c in the car and open windows at home) to a crazy 45 that feels like 37 degree right now....and in the matter of one hour.....

Now....you tell me...how can people in Texas keep their sanity?....lol...
  • beyondtheveil said on Dec 14, 2008....
ginsoul- I just wrote you a long comment and SC gobbled it with a screen that said "500-internal service error". It gobbled my comment to mobil too. I've had that problem going from one page to another this evening.

Anyway, yes, I did miss you and living in Dallas weather is like living with a witch who slides up to you with niceys and then slaps you in the face with something nasty. She changes quick as underwear. Our weather is like living with a warm little girl that throws a temper tantrum a couple times a year. Hope you have a cuddly night.

mobil- I think I asked you where the devil you been all day?
