justice for baby p

I dont know how many of you know about the baby p case, for those who dont i will write a short piece of imformation, he was a 2yr boy who was massicured by the hands of his mother,her boy friend and the lodger who was living at the home,they tortured him everyday for no reason other than for their enjoyment,he endured a life of horrific injuries and to be quiete honest im havin a hard time writng this as his injuries and torture are beyound any thing iv ever come across, his mums boyfriend thought this fun and enjoyed doing this he laughed while doing it, he was taken to hospital more than 50 times but sent back home every time, saying that he wasnt at risk, well a young 2yr boy went through so much pain its a wonder he survived as long as he did,
he died with a snapped spine fractured skull they had cut his toe nails and finger nails with pliers cutting off his finger tips, stubbing out cigerettes on his leave him in nappies full of poo and wee,broken nose, what finnaly killed him was wen the mothers boyfriend laid him across his knees and slammed him down on his back and snapped his spine, so he was parlysed,bc he wudnt stop crying they smacked him with a shoe on his genitals...
oh he was taken to the hospital for those injuries but sent home later that day and he died in his cot alone in his clothes covered in blood......All 3 of those animals are due in the old baily for sentancing on 15th dec, so im wondering what there sentances be, and will there be any justice for baby p..................
 
 
this has been very very hard for me to write but i wanted to ask you all what kind of justice should baby p get a inocent baby boy blue eyes and curly blonde curly hair,with 2 little teeth,

    I'm from Texas, the death penalty is in order. Why should these people live?

    the story of baby p makes me sick to the stomach, whats even more sickening, is we know about baby p now he is dead... but there are more babyp's living with this torture daily right now...   will they be saved? or left to die like babyP ...

    it makes you wonder what a dreadful world we live in when harm comes to a defenseless child in his own home by the people who are meant to protect him. It really disgusts me,

     I'm with beyond on this one, why should they get to live??

    I cringed just at reading what this poor child experienced. My God may his soul rest in peace. He will never cry anymore, never feel pain. He will finally know PEACE. God Bless that child. I hope the parents get an eternity to think about what they've done. Thankyou for sharing his plight and story Lionness.

    Aren't humans evil... some do not deserve the rights given even to animals.  This is all too common, our system fails the weak... it fails in the most basic way, that as humans we are a part of something greater than ourselves... sickening that;
     
    1. The doctors failed in their duty of care.
    2 the doctors failed to notify the correct authorities
    3. the doctors failed to follow up on baby P
    4 the governments departments of children do not know how to do their jobs
    5 the neighbors did nothing.
     
    I don't think death is enough Beyond & Destiny, why give them the easy out, I say life without parole, hard labour, in a cell big enough for a cot, a toilet with no bars, no natural light.
    The government needs to be held accountable, so do the fucking doctors, its not just that these people did this its that as a society THOSE people FAILED most miserably in their duty of care as well, I say an enquiry into THEIR failure is called for too.

    Another sad case that just breaks my heart to even read.
    A bunch of sadistic monsters. May they rot in hell.
    The terrible thing about this case is the many times he went to the hospital and they kept sending him back home, unbelievable.
    They should close that hospital down for incompetence.

    My gosh, that is such a horrible thing to have happened.  I agree with Lucy in that death would be too good for them.  Although it won't happen, I think they should be tortured daily until they are in agonizing pain every second, then left to die slowly.  They should not get any fatal wounds, just enough to make them miserable and to wish they would die, only to suffer possible years of agony until they finally do expire.

    I also agree with Lucy in that there are a lot of doctors and other officials that should be held responsible.  Initially I had the thought that they should receive lesser punishment, but you know, for that severe and frequent of injuries to be completely ignored and allow that child to be sent home ... they should suffer the same as the other three.

    thx you for response, iv been trying for hours to put a short tribute video that is on youtube ''guilty for baby p'' also baby p playing, i cant seem to do it but if you are strong and brave enough to go on youtube and watch those then do so it explains better and you can actually see the vile monsters that killed him and all the services that let that poor child down,

    since the mother has had another child while waitng for her trial on the 15th,they took that child away,but they shud of took baby p away while he was a baby,

    i think they will get jail but what kind of justice is that, having all the mod cons that prisoners have today and that to me isnt good enuf, they shud be sent to a place where they are reminded every day and go through the agony and pain that poor little baby did,

    while watching the video i read that they trained their dog to bite baby p time after time they thort it fun to torture this poor baby,, there are thousands of parents who can not have children then there are animals who do this, they need to be delt the hardest sentance ever, the abuse they gave baby p..

    there also is a petition to remember him....

    Lioness, thanks for posting this, its interesting though that our system of law and justice isnot equal in the eyes of men as it should be.
     
    I remind everyone here is it not also the responsibility of any person who came into contact with baby P to have responded as a human being should?  when that responsibility is negated, forgotten or excuses made then as professional they should be held just as accountable as the parents.
     
    Thats my humble opinion, I'd tar and feather the fucking doctors as well, its sick enough to have to deal with that kind of cruelty but to knowingly let it happen again and again is in my eyes as evil if not worse.
     
    Do not doctors take an oath? is that oath not binding them to the profession they supposedly uphold, to care for those in their charge? that is not care in my eyes that my friends is cruelty.
