  Well was it good?   Did you need to touch someone?   Was it a one time thing or did you make a mistake in sleeping with her or makeup with her in the first place?   We all have done dumb things in out life and I too have slept with an ex but it was after a very bad event and both of us knew that it was only sex, not love!  We kill the love in the most graceless manner!

  Scum definitely aint the right word seer.  Never regret that you both just needed to be close to someone.  You are human right?  Sex can be sex, it can be love and it can be a comfort.  Any one of those is ok so long as you both know where you stood.  I'm sure she's a big girl and can accept it for what it was.

  Seer, i know your pain, its just probably more awkward for me because he still lives with me o.o I still sleep with him i guess you could say, its more for his enjoyment and we both know it, and the simple fact no matter who i sleep with, i cant release at all (sad yes i know). I feel terrible every time i do, cause then we argue and he tries to cuddle, it may or may not work depending on how i feel, and i know hes the only one getting anything out of it. But i let him, and i am a bad person for it. (actually that was the entire reason why we got back together the last time :S crazy sex in a car, in the early hours of the morning)

  What I'm trying to do now is teach myself to not need affection from other people to boost my self esteem, so that I can be happy on my own, then hopefully one day I'll be able to be in love properly....

  i completely know the feeling, right now i am trying to get it so that i think i will make it on my own, so i can therefore appreciate and love someone else one day. then i have to move to the next step of actually living it :S -hugs

  Learn to be happy by yourself then when you start a relationship you won't be totally dependant on your partner, that co dependance can be learnt throughout the relationship...
