People often come and go in our lives for various reasons. Separation through death, circumstance and often reasons that are out of our control to name only a few. We can see ourselves and others as entering each others life for a purpose, sometimes significant and sometimes not so significant. However, how often do we take time to reflect on what others bring.

I remember my father every day.
He was a kind and gentle soul and he taught me about family and love of family...
One of the things I remember him saying (often, and at the dinner table) was how he wished he could have had a dozen children (mom and he had 5)....I never doubted he loved us with his whole heart.
