  I'm not sure if it would actually be either. What is important is that I will be doing the work I want to do and enjoy doing. Technically it might be a promotion and I'll certainly play it in that light but aside from the me=happy part it's not that significant of a change.

  I'll still have plenty of time to chat. The number of calls will actually go down. What this means is that I actually get the interesting calls though.
