I am 5'5 and when I weighted myself this morning(I've been avoiding it) I tip the scales at 150. It's all showing in my hips and backside. But I know the circulation stuff is going to start up soon too. But I really have learned to LIKE food. So yes diet which ones worked for you? The Holiday is over and now it's time for me to focus. 
 
Note: I did a healthy diet before and got my work out routine up to 3times a day and 7hrs on the weekend or days I was off when I only had one job but with 2fulltime jobs I can't seem to find the time. So 1st I'd like to try a diet and then perhaps find a way to sneak in an hour of workout time and see if that could at least bring me somewhere near 135-130 so that my hips and backside look NORMAL again.

    Good luck with the diet and exercise!  I have been too lazy for awhile now, but what used to work for me was just not eating much at all, working, dancing, and a rope exerciser that hangs on the doorknob---a pully kind of thing.  It's hanging there right now!  Do I use it?  No...but done twice a day for 20 minutes and I have proof positive that it works!  Oh...don't make me, though.....ha.....!

    well i hope you lose weight!!! i keep trying to lose weight myself... for now i'm starting to walk every morning like for 30 minutes around the neighborhood.a nd i watch what i eat... :-)

    I need to lose some weight myself.....what has worked well for me in the past has been to focus on bringing my diet into my conscious thinking rather than being on "auto pilot".....paying close attention to quantity and "fullness"... also I set a curfew on my eating......I start out at maybe 7 pm then slowly move it back as far as I can.....then add in healthier items to my meals, like a salad instead of fries with my burger....etc....it's a lot easier than a drastic rabbit food diet.........I have a juicer, so I do the fresh OJ thing every morning if I can.
