It began with the Japanese who created an extensive complex in
Manchuria China to experiment on humans in most horrendous ways
that always involved torture and death.  But after WWII, U.S.A.'s
General
McArthur did not expose these war criminals or punish them.
He protected them and funded them to continue their work so he could gain
the records of the results of their experiments.  He was particularly interested in
their experiment on biological warfare.  He had planned on using it against the
enemies of the US if the Atom Bomb was not successful.  The Japanese were
going to use bio weapons on the US within weeks of the time we dropped the
Atom Bombs on their country.  The A Bombs prevented this massive
Japanese plan from succeeding.
But McArthur committed the same war crimes, considering the killing
of the innocent by the thousands was not out of bounds.  He funded their
project, protected them against prosecution and profited from their horrible
mutilation and destruction of the innocent populations.
See the link above to see more about their crimes and do your own
research on Project 731.
Do you see the connection between this and abortion?  We kill the innocent
by breaking the arms and legs of the preborn human then twisting them off.
The preborn people are often destroyed by burning their skin off by a saline
solution, an acid that kills them by eating away their skin.
"Prochoice" takes its different forms but it is all the same thing.  Naming
a group of people as "non persons" (the Japanese labeled their victims "wood"
and treated them as non human) and then to say it is okay to kill them.
America has no morality or moral stance to say other nations do not respect
human rights as long as we do not respect the lives of our own preborns.
It's all the same thing.  All under the concept of "I choose to kill and I will."
Yes.  Prochoice has many forms.  One of them is slaughter of Jews.  Another
is killing people in holy wars.  Another is killing people who are simply
"unwanted"  for any reason whatsoever.
We must learn to choose not to kill each other and to punish those who do.

We also took in the German rocket scientists who'd designed the V-1 and V-2 rockets that rained down on Great Britian. They helped get us to orbit the Earth and to get to the moon.

If one of your enemies was busy making weapons to use against you, it's only sensible to find out exactly what it was they were doing.

To intentionally link the activities of Unit 731 to abortion however is pure exaggeration. The one has nothing to do with the other.

sorry, I don't know why it did that.

This is not the way to fight against abortion. Teaching kids about safe sex and encouraging them to use it - telling hormone-crazed kids to wait hasn't worked. Making sure the fathers of the children are there to support it - you can't leave it all on the mothers. Telling married couples to get vasectomies and tubal ligation when they're done having children. Pushing companies to support their workers with children, not to fire pregnant women. If you do it right, nobody will ever need an elective abortion.

I respect the comments of everyone because it gives me a pool of knowledge to work with.
Japanese decision to kill others in atrocious manners is a prochoice decision.  "I want to kill so I do."  Murderers have the same reasoning.  "I can kill.  I decide to.  I do."  It is all the same thing.
I believe the way to stop aborition is to teach people it is the taking of a human life and that one mistake (getting pregnant because of irresponsible behavior) can not simply be undone by killing the child.  This is the height of irresponsibility.  That little child needs a set of parents and to be able to live a full life.  My dear wife was a single mother.  I adopted the child when I married her.  I fostered a mentally challenged (retarded) child and so birth defects were not a consideration for my respect of human life.
All the answers give really are good ideas but the question still is: Why is death to the nations children acceptible?  Where is commond decency and love?  Where are we when we simply get rid of unwanted people?  Read my book "Numan" published on this blog in 16 installments to see where this reasoning goes.

There you go again, substituting "prochoice" for "murder".

It is murder.  Not in legal terms.  But the mass murder of the South Vietnamese by Pol Pot wasn't "murder" to him either.  Don't make any mistake about it.  You are killing a human being.  Call it what you want.  It is killing a person who would otherwise to live.  And yes.  I will always call it murder.
Abortion is a compound word.  Ahor and Shun.  An I also would think that Nazi sympathisers would agree with you that it isn't murder to kill a person unless it is legally designated as murder.
