Unable to access Acclaim Websites or forums



Sometimes there may be a temporary issue with our web or forum servers (phpbb) and hence you may be unable to login. If the issue persists, try the following steps-
1) Uninstall any additional browser programs or tool bars installed

To access the program uninstall list, click 'Start', 'Settings' (XP Users), 'Control Panel' and click on 'switch to classic view' towards the left. Look for 'Add/Remove Programs' (XP) or 'Programs and Features' (Vista) and double-click on it.

Click on 'Tools', Click 'Internet Options' and under the column 'Browsing History', click 'Delete',
Click on 'Delete all', press 'OK'
Click on the 'Advanced' Tab and click on 'Reset'

For Firefox -

* Click 'Tools'
* Click 'Options'
* Click 'Privacy'
* Click 'Cookies'
* Click 'Clear cookies'
* Click the 'cache' tab
* Click 'clear cache'
