Simple solution : Copy by highlighting your post or comment, copy, and "then" post/submit/edit. If anything disappears, you simply hit paste and there is your whole post/comment to begin a new and while your at it, do the edit you intended.
I am not soulcast help, but that's a pretty common happenstance in many sites and not an intentional one at soulcast that I am aware of. If anyone would be censored here, I would be, and that simply has not happened.
Glitches are bitches... but that's all it was.
Remember, copy your blog/comment/reply before editing just to be sure. It will save you a lot of frustration.
