   I have a girlfriend who has VCRs that are always blinking 12:00 and OMG let us talk about her computer skills.  The keyboard is happy as it is always getting fingered!!

  bewell- My wife and I got my parents a VCR, hooked it up, and showed them how to use it. I'm not sure if they watched more than the one movie we put into it new. It blinked 12:00 for at least ten years.
