  Uni ~ Well he isn't good but better than I thought, his blood pressure is uncontrollable and his symptoms are that of a brain tumor, they can't find it.  They know his immune system is behaving the same way as cancer, including his headaches, mood swings (emotional) his frustratin and lack of concentration.  Time will tell but he enjoyed the convo, he liked to hear I'm doing well.
   
  DB ~ I just thought it was a little fun you know..... don't get stressed get fat!

  Fraggles ~ Its true, I felt better for calling my dad and being happy with him, I felt better for trying to bring a smile to my sis's face.

  Mobil ~ Dads over 60, he is young, its a shame he is not well and most likely won't live to see 70 let alone 80.  I feel bad he has worked his life away and just when he wished to retire he cannot, he lost his super (retirement fund) or a major chunk of it from the US crash.  He can't afford to retire now as well as being ill.  Sucks.

  Good!  I'm glad your call went reasonably well.  I'm sure it helps him.  As for the symptoms and missing tumor, encourage him to keep at it until they find the tumor or other answer positively.

  Uni ~ Yours and hubby's advice was perfect, he really likes hearing one of his daughters is doing okay, happy and in control.  He talked, to me, not just answerng questions and I feel its going to be easier next time to talk more and deeper.

  Dad's kind of okay, as I am reminded every day, every child must go through this part of life, sooner or later our parents pass away and we are never ready for that... I still felt ten foot tall and imortal.. turns out that life catches up with each of us.

  sorry lucy, i'm m-u-l-t-i-t-a-s-k-i-n-g....which means i'm drinking beer and trying to talk on facebook, the telephone, my e-mail and sc all at the same time...bad scene...takes me like 2 hours to accomplish one sentence etc...

  so, no fun for the frags tonight....just babysitting...fun will maybe be tomorrow night...invited out with some gals to a shindiggity, could be interesting.  could be very interesting. yes. there is more to this story...tee hee.
