Building value in the relationships with clients is the key to longevity in business.  Now, while that might seem obvious to many, exploring the business plans of many companies wouldn't say that the masses truly understand this principle.

Anything from lowering prices, to the deep discounted offers given when the "deal" just doesn't go quite right are both indicators that businesses need to implement a better plan when it comes to value.

On my site, www.RichardEast.com I explore many of the issues that companies are dealing with these days, from client retention, building additional profits through cross-selling and upselling, customer acquisition strategies, as well as overall CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) strategy.

If your company is finding it difficult to attract and keep clients, you definitely could use some of the training I provide on my site.  I look forward to sharing with you.

Best regards,

Richard East
