I spend most of my time these days working with clients around the world with regard to how to manage and grow CLV or Customer Lifetime Value.
While there are many documents floating around cyberspace discussing the elements of CLV, I have found that there don't seem to be many guides to actually grow or enable CLV within your company.
I will use this blog from which to do just that.
