What am I sucking at ??? well you should be asking am I good at sucking..... yes I am, I think I lick, suck and roll things in my mouth quite lurvly.... >:}
Oh the title... right... okay better get back to that.. I suppose... well lets see how this thing called life works...
A while ago I sent Uni a gift, not just the Bitch Book (ohh we are so like minded) but I also sent Uni cash... now the only reason I am telling you guys this is gecause of Uni's post... you see Uni sent me three willied billy goat Coffee! which she knew would not only tickle my fancy but tickle my taste buds...
Why? cause she could... now we all know Uni is going through shit loads of changes right now.. read her last post... well thats where life gets interesting and wonderful for me...
The week after I sent Uni cash, I had nothing... (((note to Uni, have faith life has a way of working itself out))) and today, the first time I've had a chance to check my PO Box and what do I see???
A gift from Uni ~ now I read her post first thing knowing that I'm sucking.. already I'm a sucker... already I know that life has a way of working itself out.. already I know that friendship, honesty, joy and faith have a way of weedling into our lives to make us feel not only alive, but also worthy, loved, important, valued, cherished and most of all... that the world is not against us.
Now I know most of you won't be following this quite rightly, thats okay cause I'll give you the short version.
Uni and I became good friends.
Uni sent Lucy coffee.. to make her laugh as well as her taste buds dance.
Lucy sent Uni a book to make her laugh and $$ to help her move on (easier to say this than anything else)
Uni sent Lucy TWO lolly popps.. they are called Tootsie's..... Lucy is smiling her ass off knowing the shitty week she has had is nothing when looking at the little note and the tootsie pops.. life's good. (Lucy also has another package waiting at PO Box for when the post office is open tomorrow???? hmmm???)
Lucy reads Uni's post... err Uni Lucy thinks.. Honey!!! you're already covered baby! already... I got you covered...
Life has cycles, when we don't question and draw attention to the negative or when in those moments someone does something completely unexpected we realise that we can do this thing called life, we can march forward, timidly sometimes othertimes with the force of a full army behind us. All it takes is a little faith and a lot of sucking... (that last bit was for Uni cause she'll get that)
So folks, while I have no time to catch up in earnest tonight... HUGE DAY! ergo why I am sucking on the LEMON (bwa ha ha ha) tootsie pop.... so I shall I hope catch up tomorrow afternoon with everyone... so to anyone who reads this and KIND OF gets it... thanks for stopping buy, for those that don't maybe just the message of having friends who care in life is as important as knowing where the next pay check is coming from.
