We have the evil MSA1500 at work. It hates me, ruining dinners, plans, weekends and now shirts. It had been failing about once a month for the last four months and the problem would be diagnosed, we would implement a fix, and 30 days later (or so) the unit would fail. I would be called in, I would deal with it, schedule down time, apply the fix, and wait. This last time, they decided to send me new hardware. I implemented it last week. I ran some tests over the weekend and it passed with flying colors. So, I decided to send the old (and evil) hardware back to HP.
The frackin’ toaster attacked me and sliced up the front of my shirt. It left a three inch long gash moving left across my body from my navel. Hopefully, I have a shirt pressed off at home that I can through on, but I am not sure.
The MSA is boxed up and I am shipping it back to the parts center which is where? Texas. See, I told you it was evil.
