    personally, i favor quitting while ahead. presumably, if there is an option of quitting while ahead or continuing on doggedly, there's a risk of hitting the point of diminishing returns, no?

    I'm with SW. Quitting whilst ahead is a far more sensible approach imo.

    i agree with you guys. timing is everything, and quitting while on top appears to be the wise and timely choice.

    I would prefer not quitting, but if I have to quit, then I would quit, when I am on a crest...

    Of not at all. That's like getting to your senior year of college or highschool and quitting school 2 months before graduation. WOW. Just don't quit at all.
