one advantage or disadvantage of being a singer/celebrity is that you have a stylist. you can hire someone to make you look good. but honestly, would you wear what they wear on concerts or music videos?
heaven forbid if i dress up like madonna in church. or worse go to the mall wearing britney's clothes!!! and lastly wearing cher's outfits!!!!
some singer are over the top fashion victims. i guess they do this on purpose to stand out and be notice. but it get's old really fast... they copy each other. thinks that it's a fashion statement (hello amy winehouse!). or worse... they think it looks good on them...
but there are few singers who stands out not because of the flashy clothes they were with their music. but the consistency with their outfits... i mean singers who i consider really fashionable and that their clothes can actually be worn by normal people and be fashionable...
Sophi Ellis-Bextor - if you dont know who she is watch this video. i love her!!!! her music you can dance to and every outfit on this music video!!! it's so paris chic!!! i love her dresses!!! and not to mention she's so gorgeous!!!! beautiful!!! her face!!! i love her!!!
Rihanna - Who doesnt love rihanna? move over beyonce rihanna is the new diva of rnb. seriously i dont like beyonces clothes sometimes beccause she looks like she is trying so hard. but rihana? effortless. (although honestly i love beyonces music. not a fan of her fashion choices). if i would go to a bar or club i would want to dress like rihanna. sexy without trying too hard. effortless yet all glam up. and when she cut her hair? genius!!! look at how many singer following her fashion choices!!! sorry miley but you suck!!!! whahahahha
and my favorite...
Swing Out Sister singer Corrine Drewery - a singer and a fashion designer!!!! i love her! all the clothes she wear are so eighthies yet you still can wear them today!!! and her hair!!! never goes out of style!!!
i was looking for a music video of her song "breakout" but can't find one. instead i found her live performance...
