Former Coronation Street star Christopher Quinten is set to stand trial accused of a nightclub rape.
The 48-year-old actor played mechanic Brian Tilsley in the ITV soap.
He allegedly attacked a woman in her 20s at the 10 Room off Piccadilly Circus on June 25 last year.
His trial, listed at London's Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court under his real name Chris Bell, is expected to last five days.
Quinten played a soldier in TV series Quatermass.
He also appeared in Robocop 2 after finding fame as a resident of Britain's most famous fictional street.
He left in 1989, after 10 years in the soap.
He aimed to pursue a Hollywood career.
