• Gluttony- gluttony is the over-indulgence and over-consumption of anything to the point of waste especially food.
• Greed- like lust and gluttony, a sin of excess, applied to the acquisition of wealth in particular.
• Sloth- sin of sadness and despair.
• Wrath- described as inordinate and uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger.
• Envy- may be characterized by an insatiable desire.
• Pride- identified as a desire to be more important or attractive than others

I'm write the sins out so I get them them strait in my head. When I look at all of what constitutes "what not to do" I see working on not being such a fuck up...We already know most of the sins, but for whatever reason it's more real for me after I write them out. No shit, we are all in trouble! Ha ha ha...(Evil laugh) When I look at this..I'm a little more ok with myself. People, everyone at some point has been through all of the sins. I know i'm going to be ok. I know whatever shape my life is in I'm going to pull through. I'm working on not being such a fuck up...I always had some guide lines...now here comes the follow though. My shirt today will read: Work in progress!
