I just wrote up a mile long post about my alcoholic mother who is now living with me in the begining stages of alzhiemers. Just near the end of the post the whole damn thing disappeared and opened a blank entry. I clicked on my mail and there is a post from a quote of Yogananda's

Have more faith - complain not - Bite more than you can in His Name - then chew it. Try
more than you can and then do it.

Last of all remember - now is the time or never. Meditate deeply at night. Throw yourself at
the feet of God. Steady coaxing is necessary. Sincere heart-call to make Him speak.

I guess today is my "complain not" day. With this guidance I shall complain not and pray to God that my meditations become deeper and that Kriya takes me to the spiritual place that I crave so much. I suppose also that my guidance was that when she is having her glass of wine at night I should take myself off to meditate deeply and throw myself at the feet of God. I guess that makes more sense then going backwards and reminiscing over a past that can't be changed and a future that is custom fit to help me to outgrow this particular karmic lot and move on in my spiritual path.

So for today I shall focus on God and Guru's and pray that life with her becomes easier....
