lately in my life i learned to set a target. Such as, target to improve my grades and to loose weight. From those big targets, i divide it to little-reachable target. How surprised i am, i can do it!
At past, i never want to make any target. Coz i always failed. When I want to loose weight, guess what..I eat more than usual..(sucks..)And it happened over and over..I was so frustated and dissapointed. So i never make any target, "just let it flow, when it have to be happen, it'll happen"i said to my self.
well, time goes by and i learned. i learned :
1.if i want to reach something, i can set a hight target..But i'm also have to make "stairs" to go there. So i learned to make small goal, which is more easy and reachable.
2. To get my big goal, i shouldn't depend on anyone or anything. That makes me more stronger and it makes me more responsible when the result it's not like the way i wanted.I'm the one have to blame.
3. Never give up. That's why i set a small goal,when i failed, it was easy to start it all over again.
4. To wrap it all three steps above, just BE TOUGH. If i ever want to quit, i just ask my self.."why r u so weak? all u have to do is only this..little-tiny-wini- step..u r more tough than this! after u finish it, u can do whatever u wanna do..be tough, woman!"
So simple, but i'm proud of it. Coz nobody told me about it so i learned it from my own experience. And with proud also i have to tell that my grades are better and i lose 1kg in one week..Not a big deal, but hey..as i said..small goal to get the big one, right?
