Since I'm probably getting my 13th month pay before the year ends, I'll have enough money to buy a gadget for myself , a gift for all the hardwork (and stingyness) LOL, that I exerted for the last year.

First, I want to buy a new mobile phone, actually a camera phone in fact. My officemates say that I should buy a touchscreen phone, probably HTC Touch, Samsung Omnia, or an IPhone. But for me, I'm a heaver texter, and I appreciate the numeric keypads, and as for PDA's, I like to take notes in a real notebook/paper. So I usually stick to phones with traditional keypads.

If my current phone could only talk, it would say, you need to get a replacement, my skin is already falling off and my keypads are worn already from your fingers. Anywho, I am considering to buy Samsung G800, because I want its 5mp camera, and it looks like one too. However, it ranges between 15-18k pesos.

Second, I've been dying to have my own digicam. Yes, I'm a loser like that, I still don't have my own digicam LOL. But, I just don't want your typical point-and-shoot digicam, I want an SLR! Wow talk about dreaming with your eyes open. I actually want to pick up digital photography as a hobby, specially since I am into web designing/programming, having this hobby can be both entertaining and profitable. I'd like to buy a Nikon D40 for a starter photographer like me.

However, I'm still having second thoughts if I would like to buy both, or just one, or downgrade the phone to a less expensive one. What to do?

    hahaha, just my thoughts! :>

Yeah I want to buy both, but if both, I'll buy the phone first this December, then my mid year of 2009, I'll buy the camera (which costs 22k)  with my savings from leave conversion and a month's worth of sideline.

I still have to save though for an investment that my sister and I have. We want to invest money to regenerate my mom's pig and duck farm mid year of 2009.

    So many plans.

    Cheers

winterslight. I am actually still thinking about the phone and the camera. But the phone is the one I'm definitely going to buy first. Anyway, the camera phone that I'm eyeing is more of a camera than a phone because of its 5 megapixels. As for the camera, let's just wait and see.

    Cheers,
